Residential Lifts and Elevators - Windsor and Minivator

Windsor is a 2 person residential lift designed for installation in an enclosed shaftway. Minivator is also a compact home elevator and no is shaft required in its construction.

Specifications:

•  Minimal structural alterations are required for installation of these lifts
• The car rides on 2 steel guide rails mounted directly on to a load bearing wall
• Lift will serve 2 levels up to 5 metres vertical rise
• 3/4 HP electric motor housed at the top of the guide rails
• Conventional cable suspension and safety gear
• Emergency alarm and stop systems, telephone jack and lift light
• Capacity - 2 persons or 1 in a wheelchair
• Speed 0.1m/sec
• Rated load 200kg
• Nil or maximum 50mm pit - no deep bore hole required
