REVOLUTIONARY DESIGN

The unique, compact design of the Windsor residential elevator makes it perfect for new and existing homes and condominiums. The Windsor elevator requires much less space than other elevators because it requires NO pit, NO machine room, and NO space above an 8' high ceiling (overhead clearance).

EASY, LOW COST INSTALLATION

The compact design reduces installation and construction costs. The installer doesn't have to cut through ceiling joists to create overhead clearance space in an attic. Excavation for a pit is not required, and a machine room adjacent to the hoistway does not have to be constructed to house the drive system and controller.

CAR INTERIOR

The interior of the Windsor car has standard white laminated wood panels. Reverse the panels for painting. Light Oak laminated panels are optional. You can lay the floor covering of your choice over the metal floor. All metal is powder coated for a durable finish. A light with manual switch is standard.

CONTROLS

Hall station buttons are located at each landing, and fully automatic control buttons are inside the car. An emergency stop button and alarm are standard.

DOORS

A gold tone finish scissors gate serves as the elevator car door. Provide your own hoistway doors so they match others in your home. They are fitted with electro-mechanical interlocks so they will only open when the car is in the proper position.

CONDOS

The Windsor elevator is perfect for condominiums because of its low cost and fast and easy installation. It can also be stacked - great for high rise renovation projects.
